Breed: Registered Canadian Horse
Registration Number: CAN15152
Booking Fee: $250 CAD (non-refundable, due with signed contract)
Stud Fee: $750 CAD
2. MARE DETAILS
Mare must be in sound breeding condition and free of contagious disease. A current negative Coggins test and veterinary breeding soundness exam may be required.
3. BREEDING TERMS
Type of Service: Live cover only
Stud Fee: $750 CAD, payable prior to first cover
Booking Fee: $250 CAD, non-refundable, reserves a spot in the breeding schedule
Rebreeding Guarantee: If mare does not conceive, one rebreeding is offered during the same season at no additional stud fee. Veterinary confirmation of failure to conceive is required.
4. LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE
The Stallion Owner guarantees a live foal, defined as a foal that stands and nurses unassisted within 24 hours of birth. If the mare fails to produce a live foal, one rebreeding to said mare during the same or following breeding season at no additional stud fee will be offered, A non-refundable booking fee and conditions below will apply:
Stallion Owner must be notified within seven (7) days of foal loss.
A veterinary certificate confirming foal was not viable is required.
All mare care, booking fee, veterinary, and transport costs remain the responsibility of Mare Owner.
This guarantee is void if the mare is sold prior to foaling or if breeding protocols are not followed.
